Legacy Leader was born from Co-Founder Graham Youtsey’s connection to his mentor, famed speaker, trainer, and development guru Zig Ziglar. Graham’s determination, paired with Zig’s teachings and influence, drove Graham to personal and professional success during his 20-year career as a leader in the banking industry, and subsequent contribution to growing local small businesses.
In 2013, Graham completed the first Zig Ziglar Legacy Certification class, earning the credentials as one of the few Legacy Certified speakers, coaches, and trainers in the world. This certification, built on the premise that “success is achieved when you help others,” led Graham to co-found Legacy Leader with his wife Janelle Bruland. Graham co-authored Ziglar Legacy:1st Class All the Way, and is also certified to administer Birkman and DiSC occupational and behavioral assessments.
